Drainage systems

A drainage system was installed on a private property to ensure efficient groundwater drainage and site drying.

The system includes high-quality coconut-filtered drainage pipes Ø110 mm, providing long-term water permeability while protecting against clogging. Additionally, an inspection well was installed to serve as a maintenance and control point for the system.

This approach significantly improves moisture regulation of the area, protecting both the building foundation and the surrounding landscape from excessive water accumulation.
