The building is constructed from Fibo blocks and insulated to ensure high energy efficiency. The internal floors are made of reinforced concrete panels, and the roof is finished with a standing seam profile. Underfloor heating powered by a gas boiler is installed throughout the house, while additional comfort is provided by a heat recovery ventilation system with sound attenuators. Triple-glazed windows ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and French balconies in the attic floor add a distinctive visual touch.

Extensive interior and exterior construction works have been carried out, resulting in a fully completed and ready-to-use home. Plasterboard partitions with integrated sound insulation were installed for functional space division. Load-bearing walls were plastered, filled, and painted, providing high-quality finishes and an aesthetically pleasing interior.

All necessary engineering systems have been fully installed, including electrical wiring, water supply, sewage, and ventilation. Durable and visually appealing vinyl flooring has been used throughout the house. The bathroom is finished with moisture-resistant tiles suitable for wet areas.

Exterior finishing includes wooden façade elements, giving the building a warm and natural appearance. The remaining façade surfaces are finished with decorative acrylic plaster, offering both visual appeal and weather protection.
